Ambala district is geographically located in the northern side of Haryana. It is connected with Sirmor district of Himachal Pradesh and Patiala district of Punjab. Haryana Roadways have main bus depot in Ambala city while other sub depot is situated in Naraingarh Tehsil of the district. Main depot is serving the commuters from 1950 and buses carry more than one lakh people to and from everyday of this depot.
